Information from third-party service providers
We use Zoho CRM and Zoho Bookings to manage inquiries and scheduling. If you book a discovery conversation through our embedded calendar, Zoho processes the scheduling details (name, email, selected time, timezone) under its own applicable terms and privacy practices.

- Respond to inquiries and schedule requested conversations
- Route your inquiry to the appropriate team member
- Maintain records of business communications
- Send you SENTRICUS insights, resources, or event updates, but only if you have opted in to receive them

We do not automatically enroll every inquiry in marketing communications. Marketing consent is collected separately and requires an affirmative, unchecked opt-in.
